The transcript is a record of high school grades, credits, attendance, etc. Each student is allowed one free transcript. Additional transcripts will cost $5 each. Generally, transcripts are sent directly to the requesting institution.

Provide the following information to request a transcript:

1. Current name;

2. Name when attending San Diego Academy if different from current name;

3. Current address, phone number, and email address;

4. Specify if the request is for an official or unofficial transcript;

5. The name and address of the individual/institution to whom the transcript should be sent;
   (Most institutions require that an official transcript be sent directly to them.)

6. The $5 fee (for second and subsequest transcripts).

A request may be submitted by email; however, the $5 fee must be received prior to release of the transcript. Complete all the information in the message box of the email transcript request.
