Tuitiion Billing Procedures
.

For your convenience the annual tuition charge is divided into nine installments and billed September through May. The monthly installment plan is designed to divide the cost over nine months and does not signify the cost per month.   Monthly installments are due and payable on the first of each month. A monthly statement will be sent to the responsible party on or before the first day of the month.

Accounts must be kept current.   Students whose accounts become 30 days delinquent will be required to temporarily withdraw from classes until satisfactory financial arrangements have been made. No refunds will be granted for any days missed due to delinquency-related withdrawal.

All accounts must be paid in full by May 10 in order for the student to finish the school year. Students graduating from the 8th or 12th grade may not participate in graduation services or receive a diploma unless the account is paid in full. All accounts must be current in order for the student to participate in a class trip, banquets, music or fine arts tour.  A delinquent account for any family member will affect all family members.Students with a history of delinquency may be required to pay in advance. A history of checks returned for insufficient funds may result in a request that payments be made in cash or money order.
